Let’s face it – targeted traffic and list building are the two most important aspects of Internet marketing and the list building aspect depends on the targeted traffic volume. If you don’t have much traffic through your website, it stands to reason that you won’t have a very large opt-in list, doesn’t it?

There are a multitude of touted ways to drive traffic. Ad exchanges, writing and marketing articles and joint ventures are just some of them. One of the best ways to drive targeted traffic and thus build your opt-in list that is sometimes overlooked is through blogging.

Every method of driving traffic and building opt-in lists depends on advertising in some form. It may not be called advertising but that is still exactly what it is and the problem is that people HATE advertising. Advertising is the bread and butter of Internet marketing and the bane of Internet surfers. That’s a problem.

One solution to this love/hate relationship is to disguise advertising so that it doesn’t look like advertising, walk like advertising or talk like advertising but is still advertising, nonetheless. Blogging is your solution.

Internet surfers just love blogs! They love the fact that they get to put their two cents worth in on any topic they choose to discuss. People love to post to blogs but they love to read posts made by others as well. That’s where you come in to blog for the purpose of driving traffic and building your opt-in list.

Go join blogging communities that have topics related to the products or services that you sell. Get to know the other regular bloggers on the site. Take you time. Post thoughtful and helpful information to the site pertaining to the topic and include your website address in your signature tag at the bottom of every post. If you know what you are talking about, the other bloggers will click on your sig tag and visit your website where they then become ‘traffic’ and have the opportunity to join your opt-in list.

If you’re not a person who likes to write, consider getting some PLR Articles on your niche and simply editing them enough to be unique content. Chances are you already know that PLR articles make great site content, but have you thought of using them on your blogs too?

I recently released a PLR package on Building Your Opt-In Lists - it consisted of a PLR e-book and 20 related PLR articles. That’s the sort of package you want to find. Why? Because a salespage selling your own version of a PLR e-book is a good thing - but back it up with a 10-page site, a blog with 5 or 6 posts and 4 or 5 articles submitted to the article directories and you have a money making machine that gets indexed fast! Or you could use 10 of the articles for a blog, and the other 10 as an e-course - just remeber to link each post and each e-mail back to your salespage!

So build your list by building your traffic - and use PLR articles to help you build both. It’s a lot less work to trewrite a PLR article than to create one from scratch, so you can be done in half the time!

Build A Membership Site With PLR Products

Membership websites came into the Internet Marketing picture some years ago, but today, they are still thriving. In fact, they are doing even better now than they did when they first came on the scene. Building and maintaining a membership website, however, can be quite expensive and time consuming.

This is where PLR products come into play. PLR products will save you a great deal of time, effort, and expense when it comes to building or adding fresh content to a membership website. In fact, numerous membership sites have been built using solely PLR products.

First, there are PLR articles, which can be used for content. These articles come in a wide variety of topics, and you can put your name on them. It is recommended that you have your PLR articles rewritten, if possible, before putting them on your website, so that they are unique.

You can also use PLR products such as ebooks, which your website members can download from your site. Again, you should change these ebooks to make them unique. This offers you a USP, or unique selling point, as well, because your members are getting a product that nobody else has.

You should also look into PLR web based software. This is software that is only accessible from your member’s area, and because it is PLR, it has your name, your website name, or your company name on it as the creator. Again, this is a great USP. This may be something like a database that is useful to your members.

Take a look at the PLR products that you already have, and determine how they could be used to serve the members of a private website in your niche. You may have a PLR membership website just waiting to happen – and you can collect ongoing monthly fees from your members. Do the math! Even if you had just 50 members (very low estimate) at $27 per month, you would be making $1350 extra dollars a month gross without much work.

consuming and repetitive, which is probably why people are

The simplest and quickest way to use them is to use

Why is that better? Your blog has allowed you to take
advantage of the Web 2.0 style of sites, getting links to
your new site from the blog directories. This gets you a
few more visitors, and can help the major search engines
find and index your sites faster.

To add even more draw to the site, add a ‘videos’ folder
to the site, and use the Instant Video Site Generator from
http://www.Internet-Audio-Video.com/video-sites/  to add a
few pages of related videos as well. Again this helps draw
more people to the site over time, and helps make the site
more unique again.

To really max out your effect with each niche site, use
10 of the articles on the site, add the videos, put 10 of
the articles onto your blog, one every 2 or 3 days, and
put the remaining 5 articles into your e-zine for the site.
First though, check at www.PDCBA.com  for related
products from ClickBank & PDC, and at cj.com  if
there’s nothing at the first two. Grab your affil links &
some related copy from those sites…

Naturally, start by putting those links on your article
pages, video pages and blog postings, then set up your
e-zine with an article the first two days, a push for one
of the affil products on day 3, and article or 4, an affil
product on day 5, etc. On the last day, split the e-mail
between the two products. This gives you a total of 9
issues in the e-zine, so space them out to two a week for
a month, or once aweek for two months. Remember to invite
them back to visit your site again in the PS of each of
the article issues.

Finally, pick a couple of articles from your site, a
couple from your blog and one from your e-zine and re-write
them, saving each as a new .txt file. Add your Author’s
Resource Box to the bottom of each with a link back to
the site, and spend a day making the rounds and dropping
them off at the article directories. This brings more
visitors, helps the engines find your site to index, and
can even boost your PageRank.

You must admit, that’s a lot of power, especially since
